PSC Hosted Grade 7 Referee Courses
This is a recertification class for Grade 7 referee. If you are a Grade 8 and upgrading to a Grade 7 you need to have approval from your DRA to register for the class. This class will consist of a physical test, classroom instruction, field instruction and a test. Please dress for the weather for the outdoor physical test and on field instruction.
When: Saturday, November 5, 2011 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Where: Small Blessings 5909 Technology Center Dr Zionsville, Indiana 46077. Fitness Test will be taken at Pike High School 6801 Zionsville Rd. Indianapolis, IN 46268

*WIND CHILL, temp & wind
46 and higher No Change
45 lower Allowable Additional Clothing
40 and lower Shorten games/training
35 and lower Suspend game/NO training
HEAT INDEX, temp & humidity
Up to 89 Normal Play
90 - 99Mandatory water breaks, 5 min shorter halves
100 - 105Mandatory water breaks, 10 min shorter halves
105+ Suspend play/NO training Check weather site for WIND CHILL and HEAT INDEX "feels like" information.  Even wind as low as 8 mph can make a sunny 40 feel like 35 and cause training to be canceled.
